National Star of Excellence
The National Star of Excellence can be earned by any Army Cadet who has successfully completed their Gold Star Level. Cadets begin accumulating points towards their first level during their Gold Star year. Points are awarded based on achievements such as Physical Fitness, Marksmanship, High Attendance, Participation in Teams & Placing at Competitions, Community Service, etc. Cadets accumulate points towards their second and all subsequent levels upon successful completion of the Master Cadet Level. Read the manual now to become more familiar with the program and start earning your points ASAP!
The training aids listed above are also available for download from the File Repository. Note that some of these files, the Silver Star IGs in particular, are quite large and downloading will require some patience.
